Teach Me Dent
Joseph Hunter the new Academic Secretary, is introducing a summary session in LSRC each fortnight to discuss the current EBL case. This has the objective of ensuring that everyone is clear of the learning outcomes and can use the time to revise the more difficult topics. These sessions will be lead by Jo and other members of the committee.
Teach Me Dent
Additionally, this year we have decided to implement a "Teach Me Dent" programme. This is where students (mainly first years) are able to get help from senior students at a mutually convenient time! This peer mentoring scheme offers a 1 to 1 or group approach to study.
If you are struggling with a topic and would like more help, our student tutors are happy to guide you through and help as much as they can. The service is free for members!
The sessions don't have a set structure; instead they allow you to take the approach you wish whether it be by past questions or getting the tutor to run through the topic entirely! You can do it!
If you wish to use this service by the society, then simply fill out the form and we will be in touch!
